1. Your subject,
2. amount of work it will take (details etc.)
3. how much leeway you give me
4. how hungry I am

but usually start at (background included) $30 for one character, up to $90 -$160 for three (paypal). If you have specific vision in mind be sure to provide equally specific description.

I reserve 3 weeks to complete, although usually doesn't take more then ~5-8 days.
